About us

Sydbo is a residence and activity provision located in Stenstrup in Svendborg Municipality. The residence and activity provision is on the same site.

Here live 24 adults aged 22-86, all with lasting reduced physical and mental function and are admitted under sections 104, 107 and 108 of the Social Services Act.

We work with a fixed structure where predictability and recognizability are central elements. The framework is based on the individual citizen's development stage, needs and resources. Common for all citizens is that they have a great need for specialized professional expertise and an individually tailored approach.

We work systematically based on the citizens' goals, so milestones, development and rehabilitation go hand in hand.

In 2025 we began a major professional upskilling, where everyone is trained to use LA2U in practice, which will also become Sydbo's shared professional stance.

About the job

As a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant in our activity provision, you will be an important part of the citizens' everyday life.

You will work closely with the citizens on activities, relationships and communities. It can range from creative activities, music, sensory experiences and outings to practical tasks, exercise or other activities that draw on the individual citizen's interests and resources.

We are looking for

A permanent position of 35 hours/week. Working hours are from 8:30 to 15:30.

Salary and employment

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically ranges between DKK 33,892 and DKK 50,075 per month for full-time employment. The salary includes pension, special holiday allowance and fixed allowances. There may also be time-based allowances and other special payments. It is important to note that your actual salary is set based on your experience, seniority and competencies and is negotiated with the relevant professional organization.
