At Ringdams Kobbel 167, which is part of Bo-Vejle, we are looking for a pedagogue (pædagog) or social- and health care assistant who would like to make a difference in everyday life for adults with developmental disabilities.

With us, the relationship is part of the professionalism. You will have the opportunity to get to know each individual resident well and follow them over time. And you will have time for the planned work: ADL tasks, activities, outings, documentation, professional reflection and sparring with your colleagues.

At Ringdams Kobbel 167, 10 residents live in their own apartments. They have different cognitive challenges and needs for support to manage everyday life.

You will not only come to know their support needs. You will come to know the person behind. What creates a good day? What provides motivation? When should we support, and when should we take a step back?

There are 10 people with different wishes, needs, humor and temperament. Big personalities that really get under our skin.

Pedagogy and health go hand in hand

With us, pedagogical and health-care practice work closely together.

If you are a pedagogue, you will have the opportunity to bring your professional skills into play in the work with, among other things, relationships, structure, development, self-determination and participation in your own life.

If you are a social and health care assistant, you will have the opportunity to use your health-professional skills in perhaps a somewhat different way. You follow the citizen over time, and your knowledge of the individual becomes an important basis for detecting changes and supporting health and well-being. You also become an important health-professional sparring partner for your pedagogical colleagues and have the opportunity to influence our health-related practice and to teach others.

Personal care occurs to a lesser extent, and here too the pedagogical approach is important.

Employment terms

Start date is January 1, 2027.

The working hours are 32-37 hours.
