Would you like to help make a positive difference in other people's lives? Then we are looking at Bostøtte Damparken for a pedagogue or a social- and health care assistant, who is passionate about supporting citizens to master their own lives and create meaningful everyday lives.

We offer a permanent position of 37 hours per week with the possibility of a lower number of hours by agreement (but at least 32 hours per week). We would like you to start as soon as possible.

Who are we?

Bostøtte Damparken is part of the specialized adult area in Tønder Municipality. We provide social-pedagogical support according to the Social Services Act § 85 to adults with reduced functional capacity and/or psychiatric challenges.

With us you will meet a dedicated group of colleagues who help each other, share knowledge and value professionalism and community highly. We believe that the best results are created through good relationships, collaboration and an appreciative approach to both citizens and colleagues.

The citizens are between 20 and 68 years old and need support in areas including psychiatry, substance abuse and everyday coping, as well as some somatic care tasks.

Working hours are a mix of day and evening shifts, and we work every 3rd weekend.

On weekdays the day shift starts at 7.00, and on weekends at 9.00 or 11.00.

The evening shift usually starts at 15.00 and ends at 21.00 on weekdays, and at weekends you have time off at 17.30, 19.00, or 21.00.

• Social Pedagogue 32,863 DKK - 37,424 DKK
