Permanent night guard and night-shift temp workers at Autism Center South

We are looking for a new colleague as permanent night shift at Skovbo and Rhedersborg. Work is on a 7:7 rotation – starting on different weekdays.

In addition we are looking for on-call substitutes for our night shift team.

The addresses are Savværksvej 52, 6230 Rødekro – Skovbo and Østermarkvej 1a, 6230 Rødekro - Rhedersborg.

Duties

The work tasks are, as a rule

• Supervision of the citizens at night
• Citizen-related tasks such as personal hygiene, support functions etc.
• Small tidying tasks in common areas
• Cleaning tasks in common areas

About you

We expect that you

• are an unskilled care assistant or are trained as social- and health assistant or social- and health helper
• are flexible
• are proactive and able to say yes and no
• can work in a field where alternative and outward-directed behavior can occur
• are able to formulate yourself in writing
• can create relationships

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Working hours as a rule will be in the period 23:00 – 07:00.

For the permanent positions this is a 37-hour position. The positions are desired to be filled by February 1, 2027 or by agreement.

Please note that a criminal background check will be obtained prior to employment, and that the employment will be conditional on its satisfactory outcome.
