Are you a student in a higher education program, and would you like a flexible student job where you can use your written and digital skills to make a difference, then it might be you we are looking for?

We are seeking a personal assistant to a development‑responsible nurse in Children and Young People, AUH. You will become an important collaborator in a daily life with exciting development tasks, digital solutions and competency development of health staff. You do not need experience from healthcare. Your tasks will include

  • create overview and structure – assist with calendar booking and practical administrative tasks
  • work with digital solutions – upload and maintain content in an app used by both patients and newly employed staff
  • write and proofread documents e.g. patient information leaflets and information material for patients, as well as documents in our document management system (E-dok) and in surveys (SurveyXact)
  • produce short videos – film and edit short videos used in our app for communication and learning.

Who are you?

We imagine you are a student in higher education – perhaps within medicine, communication or another relevant area.

We especially value that you

  • have strong written skills and a sense for linguistic quality
  • are familiar with IT and eager to work with various digital tools
  • work systematically and structured and have an eye for detail
  • are good at listening, receiving instruction and translating it into action
  • have good collaboration skills and understanding of other people
  • are flexible, proactive and prepared for a daily life where tasks and needs can change.

What can we offer you?

  • a flexible student job with meaning and opportunity to bring your skills into play in an organization where development and learning are an important part of everyday life
  • exciting and varied tasks where not two days are necessarily the same
  • ongoing introduction and guidance so you are well prepared for the tasks
  • flexible working hours arranged with consideration for your studies, exams, etc.
  • a close collaboration with the development‑responsible nurse whom you will be personal assistant for
  • insight into development and implementation tasks in a Children and Young People Department
  • competent, helpful and engaged colleagues who value both professionalism, collaboration and a good mood.
