About the job - Physiotherapist

You will be attached to the Neurological Team. The position is announced as a project role for 1 1/2 years in connection with the health reform coming into force from 01.01.27, where we as a municipality want to strengthen neuro-specialist support for citizens in their own homes and at the care center in close collaboration with the elderly care sector.

The physiotherapy tasks are individual rehabilitation either in the citizen's home or at our training centers and group training. We work rehabilitatively and across disciplines. There are also fee-free physiotherapy tasks.

The team collaborates extensively with professional groups from the social, education, employment and elderly care sectors.

We work self-organizing, where it is important that you can work in a structured, creative and flexible way, while also contributing to prioritizing tasks.

About you

About us

We are the Rehabilitation Department of Svendborg Municipality and we handle rehabilitation after §140 and §86(1), as well as in relation to the Elderly Act. We are 4 teams, 2 team leaders and a department head, plus a development therapist, and we are a total of 49 employees in the department. You will be attached to the Neurological Team. You will meet an experienced group of colleagues of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, brain injury consultants who are happy to consult and share knowledge.

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically ranges between 35,828 and 51,654 kr. per month at full-time employment. The salary includes pension, special holiday allowance and fixed allowances. There may also be time-based allowances and other special payments. It is important to note that your specific salary will be set based on your experience, seniority and competencies and agreed in negotiation with the relevant trade union.
