Bertram Knudsens Have is a modern nursing home with 96 residents distributed across three floors. We are close to both forest and lake, and our work is built on the Municipality of Kolding's values: The citizen at the centre and person-centered care

Who are we looking for?

Are you trained SSH and do you burn to make a difference? Then you may be the new colleague we need. We are looking for a professionally engaged employee who meets residents with:

• Respect and empathy
• Professionalism and responsibility
• Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team

Your main tasks

• Care and nursing in accordance with the person-centered approach
• Use of digital aids for documentation, medication management and care planning
• Participation in TOBS meetings and citizen conferences, so the citizen's needs are always in focus
• Support and guidance of pupils, students and unskilled colleagues
