Plejehjemmet Steensvang is seeking 2 social and health care assistants as fixed substitutes after protocol), after protocol? 1.

This means you are employed as a fixed substitute on a monthly salary with a weekly working time of 20 hours and 28 hours respectively.

As a fixed substitute you participate in the normal operations in mixed shifts, including weekends and public holidays and cover known and unknown absence. You will receive a duty roster, where days off, holidays and known shifts appear, while other shifts are planned continuously according to need.

Plejehjemmet Steensvang

Plejehjemmet Steensvang is a small, well-functioning nursing home with 23 fixed residents. The home is divided into 4 departments with 5–7 residents on each department. There are exclusively permanent, educated staff attached to all 4 departments, and in addition there is a nurse employed on all weekdays. The home is located about 9 km from Faaborg.

We are in Faaborg-midtfyn municipality driving a rapid development within the eldercare sector, where all nursing homes in the coming years will be verified as Eden Nursing Homes with a focus on preventing loneliness, despair and boredom. That means, among other things, that we have a strong focus on each resident’s life story and interests, so we can plan and offer a daily life that is interesting and meaningful for the individual.

We also prioritize a good collaboration with the relatives and are working to involve civil society more – hopefully to the benefit of all parties.
