Private Customer Advisor for Randers

About the job

The position differs slightly from the normal private advisor roles. In this position you do not get an independent portfolio responsibility, but instead you will support our corporate advisors and client managers with the private engagements behind owner-managers. The overall client responsibility thus lies with them, but since no one can be a specialist in everything, they will draw on your competencies in private finances, so we create a good overall picture of the clients' finances.

Your daily work with us will consist of

• advising owner-managers with sole focus on their private finances
• focus on the housing area, including buying and selling a home
• ongoing management and optimization of clients' mortgage financing
• targeted monitoring of opportunities for restructuring and refinancing of mortgage loans
• holding your own client meetings and participation in meetings with corporate client managers
• preparation of private-finance presentations for corporate client managers and wealth specialists
• sparring with corporate client managers about the owner-manager's private finances

You will have a varied daily life with responsibility for your own tasks and close collaboration with your colleagues. At the same time you will work with some of Sparekassen Danmark's most interesting private clients.

There are no individual targets for sales or meeting activity. Instead you get good opportunities to deliver top-tier advisory, where it provides the greatest value for both customers and your colleagues in corporate.

You will be physically located in our corporate department with direct reporting to the head of the corporate department. In daily work you will form a close partnership with another colleague who sits in exactly the same role.

To perform well in the role it is important to know

You have experience with the private banking area and find it motivating to work at the intersection between corporate and private.

• have solid professional expertise in housing financing and private finances
• thrive in a role without your own portfolio, but with great professional influence
• are proactive and good at spotting opportunities for clients
• can collaborate broadly and create value in interaction with corporate client managers
• work in a structured way and can prepare good decision briefing documents

About the department

In Corporate Randers we are a team of 20 dedicated and ambitious employees. You can see who your potentially upcoming colleagues are here. We are a department in growth, and it is important for us to work holistically with our customers – meaning we focus on both the companies and the owner-managers. To improve the advice to owner-managers we are seeking another private customer advisor to help lift and develop the area further.

Your workplace will be centrally located in Randers C, where the corporate and private customer department are under the same roof. Overall we are about 35 colleagues who get along well both professionally and socially.
