Head of Commercial Customers in Copenhagen

We are seeking an advisor for our corporate department in Copenhagen.

The savings bank's visibility and presence in the capital area's business community is steadily increasing, and it positively reflects on our corporate department.

Demand for our advisory services is greater than ever. New corporate customers find their way to us every week, and many come on recommendations from existing customers who see us as a valuable strategic and financial sparring partner.

We therefore need another corporate client manager who is eager to join the growth journey we are on.

About the job

Your title will be corporate client manager, and you will play a central role in the development of our current and future corporate clients.

There will, in principle, be a smaller portfolio to take over at the start. Your primary task will be to work with the existing client portfolio and at the same time prospect and attract new corporate clients, with a focus on identifying their needs and opportunities.

We expect that you can work in a structured way and will engage in relation-building – both at the client's initiative and on your own initiative.

We work with the whole client – both the company and the owner behind it. Therefore we have also employed a private client advisor in the department. For us, good advice means asking about the whole business, not only the accounts, but also the owner's ambitions, family situation and future plans. That is where we find opportunities that others overlook.

To ensure that we can provide qualified advice 'all the way around', there is also the possibility to draw on specialists in investment and pension advisory, abroad, cash management and more. Your task is to spot the need and perform the core advisory services in operations and financing.

What you need to know to succeed in the role

We imagine that you have a minimum of five years of experience in the financial sector, where you have worked with corporate clients at least part of the time.

You will likely recognise yourself in the following characteristics

• You navigate confidently between complexity and a fast pace.
• You are good at building relationships and connecting with others.
• You are used to receiving good feedback on the customer experiences and businesses you create.

The competition for customers in the capital region is high. To thrive in the job, it is therefore central that you are used to acting quickly and can make fast decisions without compromising quality.
