A everyday life with new customers and advice that makes a difference

As a private advisor you will be part of an established online team, where we work in a team-based way with both new and existing private customers. A large part of your everyday life is about warmly welcoming new customers, understanding their needs and helping them see the possibilities of becoming our customer.

As an advisor in our online private customer department in Aalborg you get the opportunity to combine our commitment to the local area with all the opportunities and benefits we as a mutual bank can offer our customers and colleagues. We are not quite like the others – and you will also feel that when we welcome you as a private advisor. Here you will help create a unique customer advisory environment, where we collectively work to become everyday customer heroes.

At the same time you work proactively with our existing customers, where through relevant advice and personal contact you help develop the relationships and create value for both the customer, colleagues and the bank.

Some of your most important tasks will be

• Attract and welcome new customers through dialogue, needs assessment and competent advice.
• Provide holistic advice on housing, mortgage credit, pension, investments and the customer's total private economy.
• Develop existing customer relationships through proactive and relevant advice.
• Create safe and professional customer experiences via phone and online meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues, local banks and specialists across Nykredit and Spar Nord.

You will have a varied daily life with responsibility, professional challenges and the opportunity to put your own mark on the advice. We work with both individual goals and collective results, and we believe the best customer experiences are created when we succeed together. This means you do not have a fixed portfolio, but work with relationships that can be shorter and more intensive. The ambition is always the same: that the customer experiences security, presence and high professionalism.

You will become part of Direct Private, where advisors, mortgage specialists and leaders across Aalborg, Viby and Høje Taastrup work closely together to create good and coherent customer experiences.
