Production Manager for Probeco in Løgstør

Probeco is part of T3L Group and is a specialized manufacturing company that develops and produces customer-specific solutions in plastics, cardboard and paper. The company has for many years invested in technology, special machines and automation. The production handles many different orders and varying batch sizes, so daily life requires both flexibility and good planning.

The current production manager is transitioning to a role as technical manager focusing on machines, maintenance and technical development. As the new production manager you will therefore have an experienced partner with in-depth knowledge of the company.

A role close to both people and production

You will be responsible for the total production, including the technical functions. You lead through operations managers and team leaders and together with them create overview, clear priorities and good frameworks for the employees across shifts.

In addition, you will be responsible for

• ensuring good production and capacity planning, even when orders and priorities change
• creating clear roles and a good collaboration between production, engineering, logistics and administration
• establishing a fixed meeting and follow-up structure close to daily operations
• using production data to follow up on capacity, quality and improvements
• strengthening the work with quality, documentation, work environment and safety
• identifying bottlenecks and creating better flow through planning, competence development and common working methods
• contributing to the development of technology, digitalization and automation as well as upcoming investments.

Probeco has about 75 employees, of which around 60 work in production, while the other approx. 15 handle sales, IT and finance. You will become part of the management team together with the CEO, COO, CTO and CFO and report to the CEO.

The first period you will spend getting to know the employees, production and the company's workflows. From there you set the direction in close collaboration with the organization.

Who are you?

You have solid experience in leadership in an industrial production and are used to getting people, machines, orders and capacity to hang together. You are visible in production, listen to the employees' experiences and can create structure without losing the flexibility that customers need.

We imagine that you

• have experience with personnel management, preferably also through other leaders
• understand the link between planning, quality, delivery and economy
• use data and key figures to create overview and follow up
• have an eye for the working environment, safety and good communication
• are familiar with ERP systems and are interested in the development of production.

Experience in e.g. graphic production, plastics, foil, packaging or other technical process production is an advantage. The same applies to production with many item numbers and frequent changeovers. You do not need a specific education; your experience in production management is more important.

The position is located in Løgstør and requires that you are present in production and have contact with employees across shifts.
