Professionally skilled night care worker (SSH/SSA) with a knack for giving residents the right security and care sought for Bernadottegården

A little about us: We are looking for a night shift guard who is passionate about professional development and wants to make a difference for our 57 residents at night.

We are a combined house consisting of three departments, where there are 19 residents per department, of which one bed is a respite bed.

We work with person-centered care and Marta Meo, which will create the framework for future resident conferences, where we together will determine which approaches and relationships work based on appreciative communication.

We work together on the core task to create the best conditions and framework for our residents to experience high well-being and quality of life based on close relationships.

• Are educated social and health helper or social and health assistant
• Are development-ready and flexible
• Are motivated to work with Marta Meo and person-centered care

• A night shift position of 28 hours in a fixed 7/7 rotation with weekend work every other weekend

A police certificate and references will be obtained prior to employment.

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
