Salary and employment terms

The position is to be filled as soon as possible or by agreement.

The hourly rate is decided together. We can offer up to 37 hours per week, but we will find the solution that suits both you and the workplace best.

We work in mixed shifts and every 2nd weekend.

Salary is set based on the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications. Before employment and entering into the salary agreement you have the opportunity to receive information about the starting salary in the specific position. Viborg Municipality uses objective and gender-neutral criteria for salary setting in accordance with the rules on equal pay for the same work or work of the same value, and in accordance with the relevant collective agreement.
