About the job

One of our project managers in Digitalisation will go on maternity leave, and therefore there is a rare opportunity to take over her tasks for a year.

Two primary areas of work

Your two primary areas of work will be project management and Microsoft 365 .

A important part of the job will be to get new digital solutions to work in practice. You will be responsible for one or more projects, which will focus on the organizational implementation of technical solutions. As a project manager with us you are just as much a project participant, and you must be able to deliver project tasks yourself while maintaining an overview of the project's progress.

You will work closely with managers, employees, suppliers and colleagues, helping to translate technology into solutions that make sense in everyday life. Therefore you must be able to communicate clearly and convey messages to many different audiences. The projects will build on our strategic focus areas, as well as your skills and interests.

In addition, you will work on the continued organizational implementation of Microsoft 365, which is the foundation for many of our colleagues' digital everyday life. We have come a long way, but the environment is constantly evolving, and you must help the organisation get as much as possible out of the solutions that come with it.

Microsoft 365 – here you will, among other things, work with

  • Monitor the development of Microsoft 365 and advise the organisation on usage
  • Coordinate activities with IT-Forsyningen (joint operating company) and our partner municipalities and users
  • Smaller support and maintenance tasks in Teams and linking Teams templates (IntraActive third-party tool)
  • You will be driving an integration to be implemented between Teams and our EDSH system, Acadre.

This will therefore require a good understanding of the platform and its use, and an overall technical understanding of the underlying.

In addition, you will help coordinate the collaboration with our group of IT coordinators in the organisation in close cooperation with the Head of Digitalisation.

To succeed in the job, it helps if you

  • see the link between technology, workflows and the organisation, so that digital solutions work in practice
  • actively contribute to professional sparring and knowledge sharing, and are keen to both learn new things and teach others
  • have a good technical understanding and can translate technical possibilities into solutions and a language that makes sense to users
  • can bring together managers, employees and suppliers around the tasks and create cross-functional results
  • can plan and drive projects forward and personally handle concrete tasks, while maintaining an overview

About us

We can offer you an exciting and challenging job in a medium-sized municipality with room to move. You will have a broad interface within the municipality and should be keen to engage in close collaboration with the various areas of expertise.

In the department we enjoy sparring with each other across tasks. We have a good and close collaboration with the rest of the organisation, which helps ensure the best possible implementation of solutions.

We place emphasis on digitalisation creating value for citizens and the rest of the organisation, and that digitalisation is a practical discipline that delivers visible results.

You will become part of a department of 12 men and women, with many competencies and areas of expertise – including project management, GDPR, automation and system administration as well as IT architecture. We are all collectively responsible for ensuring that the digital everyday life works well, that the municipality's service to citizens is coherently supported, and that we use resources effectively and purposefully.

The primary IT operations are handled by our utility IT-Forsyningen, owned jointly by five municipalities. However, we also handle operations and support tasks in the department.
