About the job and the tasks

We are looking for an experienced project manager who can drive projects all the way from the first investigations and dialogues to realization and completion.

You will become the project manager for both water plan projects and projects under the Green Tripartite, and you will play a central role in ensuring progress, coordination and execution.

Part of a project group with big ambitions

You will be part of a project group that works purposefully with the Green Tripartite and water plan projects. Together with four colleagues you will have a daily life with a large portfolio of projects, where political and professional ambitions must be translated into concrete results in the landscape. The task is large – and so is our level of ambition.

You will have independent responsibility for your projects, but you will not be alone with them. We use each other’s experiences, brainstorm solutions, and help each other forward when projects become complex. At the same time, we share responsibility for creating progress and delivering the projects.

Your tasks

As a project manager you will, among other things, work with water plan projects and extraction projects under the Green Tripartite. You will follow the projects through the different phases and ensure progress from idea and preliminary studies to authority processes, landowner agreements, design and realization. An important part of the work is contact with landowners and other stakeholders. Projects succeed best through good dialogue, trust and solutions that both take into account the project’s purpose and the people who are affected.

You will have several projects running simultaneously. Therefore it is important that you can create structure and overview, prioritize your effort and at the same time keep sight of what is needed to move each project forward. You will also be responsible for the finances of your projects. Experience with financial management is therefore central.

Our expectations of you

We are looking for someone with solid project experience

You have experience with project management and preferably with running several different projects at the same time. What matters is not necessarily which education or professional background you come with. The most important thing is that you know what it takes to lead a project from the initial ideas to a finished result.

You are used to coordinating different actors and disciplines and can keep track of progress, finances, timelines as well as the practical and administrative parts of a project.

You work independently and in a structured way, take responsibility and follow your tasks through to the end. At the same time, you are a team player who uses your colleagues and also contributes with your experience and professionalism.

You also thrive in a daily life where projects do not always follow a straight path. Assumptions can change, new considerations can come in, and the solution is not necessarily given in advance. Here you can maintain overview, create progress and find a way forward through dialogue, professional assessment and good collaboration.

Experience with river, nature, climate or land use projects and knowledge of the Green Tripartite will of course be an asset, but your solid experience in driving projects is central.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement, with the possibility to negotiate qualification and function pay.

Commencement on 4 January 2027 or by agreement.
