About the job

PPR Bornholm seeks two psychologists – starting 1 January 2027

We are looking for two psychologists for our team. One position is primarily aimed at the classic PPR tasks, while the other position has a special function as coordinator for the easily accessible treatment offers .

One psychologist for classic PPR tasks and one psychologist with coordinator function for the easily accessible treatment offers

Do you dream of working closely with children and young people – and at the same time experience Bornholm up close? Then move to the sunny island (it’s nice here even in winter) and become part of PPR Bornholm!

Coordinator for the easily accessible treatment offers

As coordinator you will play a central role in supporting and further developing the easily accessible treatment offers for children and young people on Bornholm. The purpose is to ensure that children, young people and families can receive quick and relevant help close to their everyday life – with a focus on early intervention, well-being and prevention.

We are in full swing of developing the service and are working on how best to organize and coordinate the efforts across disciplines and partners on Bornholm. You will thus become an important part of a development process where you have the opportunity to influence both content, workflows and forms of collaboration.

In short, there is plenty of room for development and improvements, but we also feel we have a fairly well-established treatment offer already

Your tasks as coordinator for the easily accessible treatment offers

  • Coordinate and create overview of the easily accessible treatment interventions
  • Support triage and coordination of inquiries and pathways
  • Ensure coherence and good transitions between the easily accessible offers, PPR and other relevant efforts
  • Be involved in developing and qualifying the offer in collaboration with relevant professionals and partners
  • Contribute to developing common workflows, structure and organization around the offer
  • Support cross-disciplinary collaboration around children, young people and families
  • Contribute to professional sparring and knowledge sharing about the easily accessible treatment interventions
  • Follow up on ongoing cases and help ensure that the interventions hang together
  • Participate in and manage lighter treatment pathways, for example within the STIME framework
  • Contribute to evaluation and ongoing development of the offer

You will not be alone with the task. The coordinator function is performed in close collaboration with colleagues in PPR and with the other professional areas and partners who are around the children and young people.

Psychologist with classic PPR tasks

As a PPR psychologist you will work primarily in a consultative capacity, supporting schools, day care and parents in working with children’s well-being, learning and development. The advice is based on the child’s overall context and focuses on strengthening the pedagogical and didactic framework around the child. PPR psychologists contribute psychological expertise and sparring regarding pedagogical practice, learning environments and social and emotional challenges.

  • Provide pedagogical-psychological guidance and counseling to schools
  • Prepare pedagogical-psychological assessments of children and young people
  • Participate in cross-disciplinary efforts
  • Contribute to the professional development of pedagogical staff with a focus on inclusive learning environments
  • Engage in close cooperation with children, young people, parents and professionals
  • Contribute to the development of PPR’s practice and cross-disciplinary collaboration

In our organization, collegial community is highly valued. We offer both professional and social activities – and as a newcomer we also help you settle well in the local community.

If you are newly graduated or new to the PPR field, you will be assigned an experienced mentor who ensures a thorough introduction and ongoing supervision.
