About the job

Do you want to help facilitate development in day care and schools so that as many children and young people as possible thrive in their communities?

We are experiencing both a baby boom and are fortunate to be expanded in our accessible offers, so we look forward to welcoming new, good colleagues to us.

In Rudersdal we believe that by ensuring accessibility and knowledge of our partner arenas we can contribute to driving change processes. We are focused on allocating as much time as possible to intervening processes and reducing administration to the bare necessities. We stand strong on a systemic foundation and are diligent in our efforts to understand a child’s behaviour as embedded in a context, which means we work closely with teachers and pedagogues in practice.

Why should you choose us?

Your future colleagues say about our workplace

”We are a PPR with a good view of children, a close leadership and lots of professional development”

”I like my varied tasks, clever, inspiring colleagues and a leader who takes good care of us.”

”We have a high degree of freedom with responsibility and flexibility in the work.”

”Supervision and education are given high weight and priority.”

With us you get a job with professionally exciting challenges, where you work independently and as part of a cross-disciplinary team consisting of speech therapists, physiotherapists/occupational therapists, psychologists and consultants. We are a family-friendly workplace, and you get great influence on arranging your own working hours. We have both internal and external supervision as well as a mentoring scheme. We offer training in LØFT, including SOS, and you will be trained in “Ledelsesstyret supervision”.

What will you be doing?

We have tasks attached to our special class groups, mainstream school and day care as well as treatment tasks in the municipality’s accessible treatment services.

Characteristics of the tasks associated with school and day care are that you will supervise, spar, observe, participate in and/or facilitate meetings, prepare assessments of children’s need for special educational support and collaborate with child/adolescent psychiatry.

The tasks in the accessible treatment offer have the nature of lighter treatment in a primarily manualized and evidence-based framework.

How your concrete task allocation will look depends on your profile and your wishes.

Who are you?

You are interested in school and institutional life and want to get close to the daily life of teachers and pedagogues to gain a good understanding of their working conditions and the group dynamics at play in children's institutional and school life. One of your most important tools is good relational competence.

You are a trained psychologist or hold a master's degree in educational psychology and can draw on all branches of psychology, especially social psychology, educational psychology, developmental psychology and organizational psychology. You want to contribute professionally and personally to an already very good group. It would be an advantage if you have a car, but it is not decisive.

We look forward to meeting you!
