We are looking for an experienced and clinically strong nurse who can drive development, raise the quality and ensure high patient safety in home care. This is not a beginner position – it is a key role for you who want to make a real difference.

About the job

As a development nurse you will play a central role in strengthening the nursing quality across the organization.

You will work closely with management and help set the direction, translate requirements into practice and ensure that quality is not just something we talk about, but something we do.

You will be the driving force behind competence development, quality assurance and implementation of new working procedures. You will work data‑driven and practically oriented and ensure that employees have the right competences to deliver high quality to the citizens – every day.

You will be responsible for the implementation of nursing in the new elderly law in due course.

Your areas of responsibility

• Ensure high professional quality and compliance with applicable law with particular focus on documentation and patient safety.
• Drive quality and development work through audits, data, UTH follow‑up and systematic learning
• Have professional responsibility for medication handling, including quality assurance and administration and training of staff
• Plan and carry out introduction, training and competence development of staff
• Be a clear professional sparring partner for both management and colleagues
• Actively participate in cross‑functional development projects and contribute to coherence across the organization and the municipalities.

We expect that you

• Are a trained nurse with Danish authorization
• Have solid clinical experience as a nurse
• Have documented experience as a development nurse
• Can collaborate with all professional groups

About us

Estrids Pleje is a private home care provider, located in Halsnæs and Frederikssund municipalities. We work in cross‑disciplinary mini‑teams. We work closely together and prioritise professional sparring and reflection in daily life.

We are based in good premises with good conditions for both collaboration and deepening. There is easy access by car and public transport. Good parking options.
