At Reffe ApS we are experiencing strong growth and increased demand for our innovative acoustic and building materials in Europe.

Therefore we are looking for a motivated and proactive employee who wants to work across sales, marketing, office and logistics.

Your tasks

You will play a central role in the company, with tasks including

• Customer contact and support for the sales department
• Preparation and follow-up of quotes
• Prospecting and processing new leads
• Inventory management and coordination of product shipments
• Receiving and dispatch of goods
• Administrative tasks and record-keeping
• Support with IT, AI, website and digital tools
• Various ad hoc tasks in the company

• Have strong IT skills and a desire to learn new things
• Are practically oriented and not afraid to get things done
• Can work both independently and in teams
• Hold a Category B driving license, perhaps also forklift

Qualifications

• Danish and English at a high level, both spoken and written
• Experience with the Office suite, digital solutions and AI
• German and other languages are an advantage, but not a requirement
