Solgården is the largest care center in Jammerbugt Municipality - We have an exciting house with a total of 69 homes spread over 6 departments

• 2 Dementia units
• 2 respite places
• 4 Somatic departments

A little about the position

Solgården is looking for agency/float staff for day shifts, evening shifts and night shifts, so if you want to work with the elderly, then this position is for you. You must be interested in working on weekends and on holidays and holy days. You can contribute to planning your own working hours, as you will have access to our booking portal where the shifts appear.

We use iPads, VAR, AND KMD Nexus (FS3) as working tools with a focus on good documentation.

We prioritize the good everyday life with focus on a homely atmosphere and we base it on the individual resident and their resources and life story.

We have close cooperation with volunteers and relatives, to the great delight of our residents and Solgården as a whole.

Currently we work with Resident Conference, reading and spelling project, moving and ergonomics. Dementia knowledge.
