Relief/temporary worker for home care in the South - Faxe. Would you like to determine your own working hours and apply for shifts on a drip-by-drip basis? In Faxe Municipality we want to support our citizens to as good and meaningful a life as possible. As part of our outreach home care, you contribute to exactly that by, among other things, meeting citizens respectfully and supportively in their own homes.

The day shift starts with us collectively and through dialogue ensuring that the planned tasks are solved as best as possible that day. We have both bicycle routes and car routes, and the visits are planned with a view to the team’s professional competencies, the citizens’ wishes and the common working environment. Professionalism is strengthened through joint cross-disciplinary meetings, team meetings and triaging. In addition it is prioritized that people try to eat lunch together.

While we solve our daily core task with the citizens, we work to release professionalism in the meeting with the citizen, and we focus on you as an employee having the opportunity to use/increase your knowledge. We believe this will create the best workplace, which forms the foundation for the professionally strong and caring meeting with the citizen. Our core task includes, among others, help to citizens in their own homes with personal care and practical assistance.

Who is our new relief?

We are looking for you who are curious and want this wonderfully rewarding work. Unskilled, nursing students, SSH, SSA, or you who want to train within the area. Maybe you have a gap year before you begin your education? Whether you can help a lot or a little, on weekdays, weekends or holidays, hurry to send in your application. Please mention in the application approx. when and how much you can relieve. It is an advantage to have a driver's license and we provide a car for the longer routes. Day shifts consist of both bicycle routes and car routes.

As an unskilled helper, you will also receive two days of training in the most basic tasks you may encounter in your daily life. In addition you get days with on-the-job training before you yourself start driving out to our citizens.
