Rude Skov Residential Care Facility seeks SSA for the position of healthcare coordinator

At Botilbud Rude Skov we are seeking a social and health care assistant who will help strengthen the health care quality for people with multiple disabilities and with complex support and care needs.

As a social and health care assistant you are part of one of the houses' coordination teams together with the manager, the pedagogical coordinator and the planner, where you together create the framework for a holistic effort for the residents. At the same time you become part of the cross-disciplinary health care team, which helps set the direction for health care practice across the residential facility. The health care team consists of a total of 3 positions.

Our residents live with significant physical and cognitive disabilities and often complex health care issues. It requires strong observation skills, strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate health care knowledge into solutions that make sense in the residents' daily lives.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 16:00, and vacation and time off are planned in collaboration within the health care team.

We have about 130 permanent employees and associated permanent substitutes and on-call substitutes who look forward to getting a new colleague.

The position is 37 hours. Salary according to the collective agreement, and interviews are held on an ongoing basis
