Rynkevang School's Inclusion Center seeks a teacher for the middle grades

About the job The Inclusion Center at Rynkevangskolen is a specialized school offering for pupils referred from across Kalundborg Municipality. Our work is based on the idea that the relationship is the foundation for all learning. Therefore we strive that as few adults as possible cover as large a part of the subject range as possible.

We are seeking a teacher for a middle-grade class and possibly in the future in our lower primary classes, where you in close collaboration with a class teacher will constitute the primary class team. Together you create structure, safety and development for students who need a specially tailored learning environment.

There may periodically be tasks outside the classroom, e.g. student projects at home, connection to the school environment or 1:1 programs and small group sessions.

Your tasks will include

• Well-structured and differentiated teaching across a large part of the subject range at the middle level and possibly in time in our lower primary classes.
• Collaboration with the pedagogue and other professionals on students' well-being and development
• Systematic written work with development plans and student cases
• Relationship work with students who struggle, and a close and acknowledging collaboration with parents
• To actively contribute to a safe, inclusive and development-oriented learning environment

Salary and terms of employment The position is a full-time role as of 1 December 2026. Salary according to the applicable collective agreement and pre-agreements in Kalundborg Municipality.

We have a flextime agreement.

About us Rynkevangskolen is two-tracked with 260 pupils in the general school and one of Kalundborg Municipality's inclusion centers is located at the school and has about 80 pupils. There is a well-developed team collaboration, where we are organized into departmental teams and class teams. There are good and spacious physical facilities at the school. The school is easy to reach, also by public transport.
