About the job

In your very outward-facing role, you advise our customers and sell them new and used Skoda cars. In dialogue with customers you meet their needs and convey the right financing and insurance.

At Skoda we focus on ongoing development and support you with relevant education and training, so you always have up-to-date knowledge to advise customers in the best possible way.

About you

You possess strong commercial skills and have experience in selling cars as well as a natural ability to build long-lasting and valuable customer relationships. You are passionate about delivering service of an exceptional standard and communicate effortlessly with people at all levels. It comes naturally to you to build close and trusting relationships, and high customer satisfaction is your greatest driver.

You thrive with customer contact and are motivated to advise customers through the entire purchase process, so they get the solution that best fits their needs. At the same time you work in a structured way, are detail-oriented and have a sharp sense of quality, also when it comes to handling customer systems and working with numbers.

You are characterized by

• That you have experience in selling new and/or used cars.
• That you meet customers at eye level and come across as approachable, loyal and trustworthy.
• That you thrive on delivering outstanding service and have a natural ability to communicate with different people.
• That you are motivated by sales and manage to create long-term customer relationships through professional guidance.
