School Pedagogue for Hellevad Children's Universe

About the job

We need an inclusion pedagogue whose main tasks are to support the learning environment with a focus on students with special needs and to handle teaching for a student with different learning prerequisites.

You will become part of our “between-form” group, i.e., join the team that helps strengthen and create inclusive learning communities.

You should be able to see yourself in a role where you

• apply special education approaches and methods in general education
• work closely with pedagogues, teachers and management
• contribute with special educational knowledge and concrete actions in practice
• advise and spar with colleagues about inclusive pedagogy
• actively participate in the cross-disciplinary collaboration, for example with PPR
• function as a professional sparring partner and support colleagues in developing inclusive learning environments

About us

Hellevad Children's Universe consists of a kindergarten and a school with SFO.

We have about 112 school children distributed in our 0nd-6th grade, about 80 children in SFO1+2, as well as 40 kindergarten children and 12 children in the toddler group.

Staff groups total 7 teachers, 14 pedagogues, 6 teaching aides.

In addition we have a janitor, a secretary, a deputy principal and a shared leader

Hellevad is a small village located in Southern Jutland, close to the border with Germany. The village has a beautiful and idyllic landscape with fields, forests and small lakes nearby.

In Hellevad you will find a local grocery store, church, sports hall in addition to Hellevad Children's Universe.. There are also plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling and fishing in the surrounding lakes.

The local area is characterized by an extraordinarily fine engagement also in the Children’s Universe’s events.

Salary and employment terms

The position is a permanent role and as a rule 37 hours with employment starting 5 January 2027.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
