We are looking for pedagogues who, together with all of us at Skovbrynet School, are motivated and find meaning in a job where opportunities for participation are created for everyone and where the community is characterized by great diversity – a school where present adults have a significant impact on the children’s well-being and development.

We are in Gladsaxe Municipality and are furthermore actively working to improve participation opportunities for all students, and in that regard we are pleased that many of our colleagues from PPR and the Family Department also have our school as their daily workplace. This allows us to implement coordinated efforts much more quickly when children need something extra.

We are very focused on creating the best possible framework around the children’s leisure life. Therefore, we work every day to create a varied leisure life for the children in close collaboration with local sports clubs.

The interdisciplinary collaboration between pedagogues and teachers is developing positively, and it is therefore crucial that you as an applicant can both say a big yes to good inter-professional collaboration and also find it natural to help further develop it.

You are passionate about helping to develop the foundation and possibilities for our pedagogical work with the children’s well-being, development and learning. You are strong at creating structured activities – both academic and social – and you approach everyday life with engagement, a good overview, and a respectful, positive view of people.

You are calm and have a mentalizing approach to yourself, the students, and colleagues.

As a prospective pedagogue with us we offer

In addition to an exciting and challenging role with skilled and dedicated colleagues and a group of wonderful children/young people who require your full presence, we have a completely new SFO that we moved into a year ago.

We place high priority on everyday life, so that the children in safe frames can develop academically and personally and develop their social skills, communities and friendships in a strong and clear learning environment. This should be translated pedagogically into a broad variation of pedagogical activities and offerings – Pedagogical offerings that motivate, contribute to the development of capable people, challenge, bring joy and good experiences.

We work closely with local sports clubs and institutions to give the children an active leisure life.

The working hours will be during school hours and SFO. You must have 26 hours per week, with the remaining time allocated to meetings, preparation and other tasks. Of the 26 hours, 8 hours are in the school and 18 hours in the SFO.

Skovbrynet School is located in Gladsaxe Municipality with about 400 students and 80 staff. We are situated in Bagsværd between residential areas and the Værebro Park district. We have large attractive and traffic-safe play areas around the school, a short walk to forests, moors and Bagsværd Swimming Hall as the nearest neighbor, which we all use extensively.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
