Om jobbet As head of the school you will have the overall responsibility for the school's operations, development and leadership. You will lead a school with a strong Christian value base and at the same time ensure that Johannesskolen continues to develop academically, pedagogically and organizationally. You will be a visible and approachable leader in everyday life and have close collaboration with staff, parents, student council and the board.

Your main tasks will be

Om Johannesskolen Johannesskolen is a Christian free school in Hillerød, where the Christian faith and Christian life values shape everyday life. The board and staff actively and positively work with the school's value base, and the Christian message is conveyed with respect.

The school is beautifully located close to the castle and forest and has about 450 students and 65 engaged staff. We have well-maintained buildings, good teaching facilities, attractive outdoor areas and an active after-school club (SFO). Everyday life is characterized by a healthy working environment, good collaboration and humor. The school has a sound economy and a well-run organization.
