Senior Microsoft Security & Identity Consultant

Your new role

As a Senior Microsoft Security & Identity Consultant you will have a central role in our security team.

You will work closely with customers on strategy and architecture and help translate visions into concrete solutions.

You will have responsibility and influence, but you will never stand alone. We believe in collaboration, sparring and knowledge sharing as the foundation for strong deliveries.

Your primary tasks

You will among other things work with

• Design and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security
• Conditional Access and Zero Trust strategies
• Entra ID Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management (PIM/PAM) and Entra ID Governance
• Microsoft Defender suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity and Defender for Cloud Apps
• Microsoft Purview, DLP, Information Protection and other governance and compliance solutions
• Log Analytics and Microsoft Sentinel

You help customers implement Microsoft 365 securely and responsibly with a focus on governance, data protection and access management. You are also passionate about advising on architecture and security solutions, you facilitate workshops and you function as a technical sparring partner for both customers and the sales organization. And you collaborate with Managed Services and ensure a smooth transition from project to operations.

We expect that you

• Have experience as a senior consultant, architect or technical specialist within Microsoft Security and Identity
• Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Defender and modern identity and security solutions
• Have experience with Conditional Access, Zero Trust and security design
• Can combine technical depth with business understanding and advisory skills
• Thrive in customer contact and have the ability to translate complex problems into concrete solutions
• Are curious about AI-driven security, Microsoft Security Copilot and governance around Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Hold Microsoft certifications or have the ambition to obtain them
