Senior Project Buyer sought for Kronhusene – use your construction industry experience in a growing company

Are you going to be part of the team at a fast-growing real estate developer?

We are busy with our many high-quality terraced housing projects. Therefore we are looking for a skilled and commercially strong purchaser from the construction industry to help develop thousands of homes.

Your main task will be negotiating and preparing contracts with subcontractors and sub-suppliers, including ongoing follow-up on signed contracts.

You will be responsible for entering into contracts with subcontractors, sub-suppliers, etc.

You will participate in the development of a strong and business-oriented procurement function.

You will have significant opportunities to shape the position.

Kronhusene is known for its highly structured and well-executed building processes, and the procurement area plays a decisive role in this.

In parallel, you will be part of the significant development of the procurement function at Kronhusene, following the company’s continued and substantial growth in Denmark.

You have relevant experience as a buyer, building designer, or similar role in the construction industry, likely from a construction company, timber trade, or similar.

As a person, you are commercially strong and a skilled purchaser with great drive. You are robust, goal-oriented and results-focused with a desire/ability to be hands-on and you have a thorough and structured way of working.

It is also important that you are a team player who can find mutually beneficial solutions both internally and with external partners.

The headquarters is located in Løsning, (between Vejle and Horsens), close to the highway, where your daily life will be among 40 other skilled and fun colleagues.

Responsibilities

• In-depth contracts with subcontractors, sub-suppliers, etc. within your own area of responsibility, but coordinated with the overall procurement area
• Participate in the development of a strong and business-oriented procurement function including various development projects

Key tasks

• Negotiation/contract preparation with subcontractors and sub-suppliers
• Follow-up on incoming contracts
• Execution of various tenders for projects
• Budgets, pre-calculations and forecasts in collaboration with the finance department
• Price adjustments, bonus agreements, etc., including ensuring correct data
• Reporting, understanding of various DGNB initiatives, including bill of materials, in consultation with the DGNB team (sustainability)
• Actively contribute to finding optimization and improvement opportunities in procurement and participate in implementation
• Various ad hoc analyses and ad hoc tasks
