About the position

You will be an important part of our dedicated team, which already consists of 6 passionate Skoda employees.

As a Skoda expert, your mission is to create interest and excitement for both the advanced technology and the iconic Skoda brand. You will become the trusted person customers seek for guidance and advice on our cars, and especially on our innovative digital services.

It is you who sets the scene for the handing over of the customers' new car to become a very special experience they will look back on with joy. For us it is crucial that customers feel safe, well informed and excited when they drive away in their new Skoda.

The ability to create extraordinarily good experiences and build strong relationships with customers is the key to success in this role. You will work closely with dedicated colleagues across the entire house to ensure that every single customer leaves us with a big smile.

About you

Your main task is to inspire, build trust and ensure that customers have a truly fantastic experience when they collect their new Skoda. Therefore it is important that you are skilled at communicating with all types of customers and have a passion for new technology, which you can quickly master and convey in an easy-to-understand way to many different people.

You will become a crucial go-to point for several of our departments as we work together to meet customers' needs. Therefore it is essential that you are service-minded and thrive in a dynamic environment where two days are rarely the same.

Experience from the automotive industry is not a requirement; the most important thing is that you are motivated, curious about Skoda products and have a genuine interest in putting the customer at the center.
