About the job

Join us in creating the future Health and Care Placements in Hirtshals

On January 1, 2027, the Health and Care Placements at Lynggården in Hirtshals will open as a new and important offering in the health chain. Here, citizens with complex care, treatment and rehabilitation needs will receive a coherent and professionally strong offering, where quality, presence and development go hand in hand.

We are now looking for employees who want to become part of something new. With us you get a unique opportunity to make your mark on culture, collaboration and professional development in an organization under construction.

At Lynggården you will meet high professionalism, a rehabilitative approach and close interdisciplinary collaboration. We believe that the best solutions are created in collaboration, when different professional backgrounds are brought into play with respect for each other and with the citizen's needs at the center.

At the same time you will gain a workplace in Hirtshals where the sea, nature and the strong local community provide a very special frame around both work life and leisure.

We are not just building a new workplace. We are building a new offering, new communities and new opportunities for citizens and employees.

Do you want to use your professionalism, create security in the evening and help shape something new?

As a social and health care assistant in the evening shift at Lynggården you will become a central part of an offering where citizens often have complex and composite needs. The evening hours are an important part of citizens' daily rhythm, where the day's efforts must be followed up, treatments carried out, and calm and security must be created towards the night.

You will have the opportunity to work independently with complex nursing tasks, observations and assessments while you are part of a strong cross-disciplinary community.

We seek employees who take responsibility, contribute ideas and want to influence both workflows, collaboration and the professional direction of the new health and care placements.

With us professional development is not something that happens alongside the task. It is part of the core task.
