Social and Health Care Assistant or Social and Health Care Helper for predominantly day shifts - Danahøj Care Homes

Danahøj is a lovely small nursing home at the top of Aalborg. The residents are primarily somatically ill elderly people and most come from the local area. At Danahøj, residents' self-determination and influence are highly valued.

You will join a team of competent social- and health care assistants, a nurse and an occupational therapist and will be assigned primarily to a fixed team on a ward. In the house, work is done with freedom under responsibility, and there is an expectation of responsibility for task execution.

A bit about the position

• We have 2 vacant positions
• The position is initially 37 hours per week
• You will be employed in mixed shifts - there will be day shifts with a few evening shifts
• Work every 2nd weekend in even weeks in 2026, and in even weeks in 2027
• An employment date is expected as of January 1, 2027
• There will be opportunities to take on a role as student supervisor, with opportunities for relevant training

Professional competencies

• You must be trained as a social- and health care helper or assistant
• Knowledge of Cura is an advantage

Salary and employment terms

According to the current collective agreement between KL and the negotiating party.
