We are expanding our flexible team in Home Care with base at Home Care House and are seeking new colleagues for day shifts

As part of the flexible team you will be attached to the entire Home Care and Home Care House and collaborate with engaged social- and health care assistants, helpers and cross-disciplinary partners.

We work in citizen-centered teams, where together we ensure the best possible care through close collaboration and professional sparring across competencies.

In addition we work rehabilitatively and with early detection, and each district has an attached therapist as part of the team.

A varied everyday life with responsibility

As a social- and health care assistant or a social- and health care helper in the flexible team you will have a special role, stepping in where the need is greatest. You cover, among others, during illness, vacation, days off and colleagues' training.

It requires that you are adaptable and thrive in a daily life where tasks vary and where no two days are the same.

You will work across our five home care districts and thus drive across the entire municipality. Transport is by electric bike or electric car depending on the route.

About you

You are trained as a social- and health care assistant or a social- and health care helper and have at least 5 years of experience from home care or a nursing home – and possibly also from hospital.

Furthermore we expect that you

• Can document according to current requirements – also via iPad. We work in Common Language III and the care system CURA
• As a social- and health care assistant have experience with FMK and MedCom
• Have a recognising/affirming approach to citizens, relatives and collaboration partners
• Work multidisciplinarily and are good at communicating
• Take pride in delivering care of high quality with a focus on the whole citizen
• Can act independently within your own area of responsibility

Practical information

You will be employed with a fixed number of hours, initially 37 hours per week, and participate in weekend shifts every 2nd or 3rd weekend. The start time can be between 7:00/7:30-15:30.

If you wish, there is also the possibility to work every weekend with correspondingly more days off on weekdays.

Employment from November 1, 2026 with the possibility of an earlier start.

There will be an option to negotiate the salary based on experience and competences, but the statutory starting salary is 35,668.22 DKK per month incl. pension for an SSA and 33,500.66 DKK per month incl. pension for an SSH. An annual allowance of 10,000 DKK for being in the flexible team.

We will obtain criminal records checks as well as references from previous employments in connection with the hiring.
