At Gribskov Rehabilitation we are looking for social and health care assistants who want to make a difference for citizens with complex health care issues – and who also want to be part of a workplace in development.

You will become part of a team with nurses, social- and health care assistants, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, as well as the possibility for sparring with, among others, a pharmaconomist and a dietitian.

We place emphasis on professional sparring, triage, development and a good working environment where there is room to take responsibility and ask for help.

Citizens come either from hospital or their own home and often have several complex issues. Therefore you will have a daily life where tasks vary and where you, among other things, work with

• Rehabilitation and reconditioning
• Complex nursing-related problems

We are moving into a new reality

Gribskov Rehabilitation is today part of Gribskov Municipality and has 24 places.

From 1 January 2027 we will be part of the regional health system as a result of the new health reform. At the same time we will become a regional offering with 20 health and care places.

Experience from rehabilitation, hospital or acute care is an advantage – but the most important for us is that you want to learn and develop with us.

Your shifts

You will be employed on mixed shifts, including day, evening and night shifts.

We know that a good working life also depends on life fitting together. Therefore the shift schedule is planned in dialogue with the local manager with focus on both the workplace’s needs and your wishes, so we together make the shift plan work.

Positions are 37 hours.

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
