Become part of the community at Voldum Nursing Home – we are looking for two social and health care helpers

At Voldum Nursing Home we know each other and our 20 residents well. Now we look forward to welcoming two new social and health care helpers into the community. Together we create security, presence and good everyday life for the residents, in close collaboration with their relatives and with each other. Start date no later than 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

In daily work you alternate between independent tasks and close collaboration on tasks across our two connected houses. You are not alone: we ask each other for advice, share our professional considerations and help each other when the day changes. We do not expect you to know everything from day one, but that you are curious, take responsibility and want to become an active part of the community.

The positions are based on 37 hours per week. In an interview we will gladly have an open dialogue about your preferences and the opportunities within the workplace needs. The work is primarily arranged as day shifts with night shifts as a secondary shift. You should expect approximately 20 night shifts in a 12-week standard period, as well as a weekend night shift every 2nd or 4th weekend.

Voldum Nursing Home is centrally located in Voldum in scenic surroundings and has room for 20 residents. The manageable size enables close relationships, short steps from idea to action, and a nearby everyday collaboration.

We meet residents and their relatives with an appreciative and dignified approach. We work with person-centered care, where residents' life stories, wishes and individual needs are the starting point for daily care.

Here there is room to grow, leadership at eye level and a focus on good collaboration and work environment. We help each other, share our professional reflections and take joint responsibility to ensure everyday life works for both residents and colleagues.

Additional information

The positions are desired to be filled as soon as possible and no later than 1 December 2026 or by agreement. Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement and pre-agreement.
