Home Care South in Brande is seeking new colleagues for our Digi-team , where rehabilitation and training are in focus. DigiRehab gives citizens an individual training program, which is carried out 2 times a week – and you train together with the citizen . It brings smiles, motivation and clear progress.

What you will be part of

• A small team focused on rehabilitation and self-determination
• Self-managing ”Erantis teams” with high professionalism and close collaboration
• Weekend shifts every 2nd or 3rd weekend depending on number of hours and shift pattern, where you join the other Erantis teams
• A workplace with structure, professional meetings and psychological safety

Practical info

The position is adapted to your desired number of hours. A criminal record and a child care certificate must be presented upon hiring. We hire on an ongoing basis – please send your CV.
