Social and Healthcare Assistant for the Citizen Team Ryomgård or Hornslet

We are looking for a committed and caring social and health helper for a permanent position in the primary day shift with work every other weekend. If you wish, there will also be opportunities to take evening shifts.

With us you get the opportunity to make a real difference for elderly citizens through a presence-based, rehabilitative and person-centered approach. We work from the individual’s wishes, resources and goals, so the citizen can live as independent and meaningful a life as possible.

About us

Citizen Team Ryomgård and Citizen Team Hornslet are a cross-disciplinary and self-managing team consisting of social and health helpers, social and health care assistants, nurses, a固定 visitor and a therapist.

You will become part of a workplace where high professionalism, development and collaboration go hand in hand with humor, presence and a strong collegial community. Together we work purposefully to prevent hospitalizations and create the best framework for citizens with complex needs in their own homes.

• Are educated as social and health helper, recently graduated or experienced.

Salary and employment terms

Employment and remuneration are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement as well as the principles of local salary setting.

A criminal record check will be obtained in connection with the employment.
