At Team Tejn we are looking for

1 Social- and Health Assistant or Helper with planning function,

1 Social- and Health Assistant or Social- and Health Helper for day shift 37 hours per week with work every other weekend and

1 Social- and Health Assistant or Helper for aften vagt with work every other weekend

The positions are desired to be filled on 1 November 2026 or by agreement .

⚕️ We expect that you

• Are educated as a Social- and Health Assistant or Social- and Health Helper
• Work respectfully and professionally with citizens and their relatives
• Can work independently and take responsibility within your professional area
• Have a desire to work rehabilitatively and support the citizen's own resources
• Can engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues and partners
• Have a focus on professionalism, quality and good collaboration
• Can use IT at user level, preferably with knowledge of Cura

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and according to the principles of local pay setting.

A criminal record check will be obtained upon employment.

A category B driving license – standard car – is a requirement.

The position is 37 hours per week.
