In the Holistic Care Group Bakken we are looking for a Social- and Health Care Assistant for mixed day and evening shifts. The position is vacant due to retirement, and we therefore seek a new colleague who wants to become part of our strong professional community. On 31 August 2026 we started up as a new multidisciplinary holistic care group.

With us, Social- and Health Care Helpers, Social- and Health Care Assistants, Nurses and Therapists work closely together to create the best possible trajectories for citizens. We are well underway in shaping our shared culture and way of working, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to that development.

As a Social- and Health Care Assistant with us you play an important role in the multidisciplinary collaboration around the citizens. You will have an independent professional responsibility, but you are never alone. We work based on the idea that the best solutions are created together. Therefore we prioritise sparring, knowledge sharing and close collaboration across professions and shifts.
