Night shift at Digevang

We are seeking a social- and health care assistant for night shift at Digevang, who wishes to work with citizens in shorter trajectories. You have control of your area of competence and work constructively with task solving within holistic care. The position is 28 hours and we work according to the 7–7 model, i.e. 7 working days and 7 days off.

At Digevang we have 6 beds for citizens with somatic and/or dementia conditions who need special nursing for a shorter period. We work according to the values of trust, self-determination and communities from the new Elderly Act, so that the citizen experiences having influence over the help and care that is needed. We strive to create presence and closeness in the course the citizen has with us. We invite the relatives to be involved in the citizen's process.

Our core task in Glostrup Municipality is mastery and development, to support and collaborate with the individual citizen, in order to give the citizen a meaningful life.

The position is available for filling on 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
