Social and Health Care Assistant for the Rehabilitation Department

In the Rehabilitation Department we receive citizens who are discharged from hospital, often with complex disease pictures and multiple concurrent conditions. It requires high professional competency, structure and a sharp eye for nursing-technical issues.

Citizens typically stay with us for three to four weeks. The goal of the stay is determined in close collaboration with the citizen, with a focus on rehabilitation, independence and a safe transition to their own home. The department has 22 beds. From January 1, 2027, the beds will transition to SOP beds under Region East. In this connection the beds will have medical coverage, and citizens will receive free medication during the stay. The transition also opens up exciting professional development opportunities.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Is educated as a social and health care assistant and has a valid authorization
• Has a strong focus on nursing-technical issues
• Contributes actively to professional development and quality in task execution
• Works rehabilitatively, holistically and based on the citizen's goals
• Creates trusting relationships with citizens and relatives
• Thrives in close interdisciplinary collaboration with both internal and external partners
• Documents in accordance with current standards
• Can work independently and take responsibility in complex pathways in close collaboration with a nurse
• Engages actively in interdisciplinary conferences

Practical information

• Employment terms: up to 37 hours.
