Social and Health Care Assistant for Day Shift in Hvidovre Home Care and Nursing District North

Hvidovre Home- and Nursing Care is seeking an engaged and professionally well-founded social and health care assistant for a day shift position with weekend shifts every third weekend.

We work in teams with the citizen at the centre

In Hvidovre Home- and Nursing Care we work according to the principles of the Danish Elderly Act with a focus on holistic care, self-determination and the citizen’s wishes and needs.

We are organised in teams where we work closely together to create coherence, continuity and security for the citizens. We emphasise that all employees actively contribute to the professional community and to the development of our task solving.

We work systematically with triaging, so that together we can identify changes in the citizens’ condition, prioritise actions and ensure that the citizens receive the right help at the right time. In addition, we hold professional meetings where we share observations, discuss challenges and find good solutions together.
