• We are looking for a social- and health helper for our day shift team – and maybe it is you who should join.

As a social- and health helper you will have a daily life where your professional skills are used.

You should help create a good and meaningful everyday life for the citizens and at the same time have an eye for the small changes that can be important to respond to.

We work rehabilitatively and base our approach on what the citizen themselves can and want to be able to do. That means you don't just come to do for – you come to support, motivate and do together with the citizen.

You are trained as a social- and health helper, and you

meet the citizens with respect and decency

can work independently and take responsibility

are curious about your professional skills

dare to ask when in doubt

have an eye for your colleagues and help when you can

contribute to a good tone – even when it is busy

want to be an active part of our work community.

If you have experience with CURA, it is an advantage. If not, we will teach you.

The most important for us is, who you are as a colleague, and how you meet both citizens and colleagues.

District North is based in Haslev and Dalby and is part of Faxe Municipality's home care, where home care is organized into four districts. ( Faxe Municipality )
