Social- and health care assistant sought for 37 hours per week

We are looking for an engaged social- and health care assistant for a permanent 37-hour-per-week position in mixed shifts (or the number of hours that suits you). District Houlkær is divided into 3 smaller teams; you will be attached to one of them, but of course we work across the 3 teams as needed.

About the job

As a social- and health care assistant you will become an important part of a multidisciplinary team that works to support citizens' opportunities to live an independent and meaningful life for as long as possible. We meet citizens with respect, presence and professional competence and base our approach on their resources, wishes and needs.
