About the job

We pitch in together – and laugh along the way!

Do you want to work somewhere where professionalism, camaraderie and job satisfaction go hand in hand? Where you have the opportunity to make a real difference in citizens' daily lives and at the same time develop professionally?

Then you are the one we are looking for.

In the Home Nursing Service Hjørring South we are seeking 2 Social and Health Assistants for permanent evening shifts with every other weekend worked. We are looking for both even and odd weekends

Start date 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

With us you are never alone

In the Home Nursing Service Hjørring South you will become part of a dedicated and professionally strong team consisting of planners, nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, unskilled staff as well as trainees and students.

We believe that the best results are achieved together, and therefore interdisciplinary collaboration is a natural part of our daily life.

There is approachable visible leadership and our values Trust, Dialogue and Job Satisfaction are not just words on paper. They are the foundation for how we collaborate, meet the citizens and develop our workplace.

We are in the midst of an exciting development with the implementation of the new elderly act and the work with the citizen's fixed team. It provides an opportunity to help shape the future of elderly care, while the Municipality of Hjørring targets competence development and professional strengthening of its employees.

We are looking for you who

  • Are educated as a Social- and Health Helper
  • Are passionate about creating quality of life and security for citizens
  • Work rehabilitatively with a focus on each citizen's resources and needs
  • Can work independently and at the same time value a strong collegial community
  • Are positive, engaged and ready for a daily life where no two days are the same
  • Want professional development and new tasks, including health-law services
  • Can provide overview and prioritise in a changing daily life
  • Have a flair for IT. Knowledge of CURA is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Have a driving license

What you can look forward to

A strong collegial community

You will be part of an evening shift group where we help each other, share knowledge and emphasize a good working environment with room for both professionalism and humor. We also prioritise social interaction outside of work whenever possible.

Professional development

We focus on competence development, delegation and task transfer, so you continually have the opportunity to develop your skills. This also means that you should be willing to perform nursing duties.

Interdisciplinary collaboration

Through, among other things, interdisciplinary conferences we work together to find the best solutions for citizens.

A good introduction

We ensure an individually tailored introductory program, so you get the best start and feel secure in your tasks.

A workplace in development

We dare to think anew and find joint solutions that create value for both citizens and employees.
