Social worker or social mediator for the Reception, CFR

We are seeking a committed and professionally strong social worker or social facilitator for a temporary position in our intake. The position is vacant because one of our experienced colleagues has taken an internal project position in the municipality for a three-year period.

The employment is limited from January 1, 2027 to October 31, 2029.

About us

In the Center for Family and Guidance (CFR) no day is the same. We handle both acute cases of violence and abuse and provide advice and guidance to the municipality's citizens, professionals, colleagues and partners.

The intake consists of three child and youth advisors who work closely together and have a strong professional and collegial community. We prioritize sparring, knowledge sharing and a good atmosphere in everyday life. With us we help each other when things get tight, and we see the tasks as the team’s shared responsibility.

We work, among other things, with

• 24-hour assessment of reports, including complex cases of violence and abuse
• Acute interventions and emergency response
• Internal sparring and mentoring role for new colleagues
• Ad hoc tasks across the department, e.g., follow-up meetings, child involvement and notification network meetings
• Open, anonymous counseling
• Administrative tasks
• Operational support to other teams during illness and peak periods

About you

You are a trained social worker or social facilitator. If you have experience in the area, that is an advantage – but we also welcome applicants who are newly graduated and eager for the task. We provide a thorough introduction and ongoing sparring.

About the Center for Family and Guidance
