In Horsens Municipality we are looking for an engaged and professionally strong colleague for Skiftesporet

Skiftesporet is an offer for citizens over 65 who want more social activity and wellbeing in life. It can be after illness, loss, moving house, loneliness or other life circumstances that have changed everyday life.

Based on each persons lived life, resources, interests, values and wishes, we together find out what can make daily life more meaningful. We do this through conversations and a coaching and appreciative approach, where we are calm in our meeting with the citizen.

What you will do in Skiftesporet

You will have individual conversations and programs with citizens in their own homes, where you work with social rehabilitation, wellbeing and health promotion. Together with the citizen you explore possibilities for change. You support the citizens motivation and sense of mastery and build a bridge to social communities and activities. You will also participate in group programs, dissemination and presentations, as well as collaboration with relevant internal and external actors.

We are looking for someone who

• has a relevant health or pedagogical education
• has experience with health pedagogy
• has strong relational and communicative competences
• works in an appreciative, listening and respectful way with people in different life situations
• can work very independently and in a structured way and has a flair for IT
• is professionally curious and reflective and wants to develop both yourself and Skiftesporets offerings.
• gets ideas, sees possibilities and dares to try something new – and wants to bring the ideas to life together with your colleague

An independent job with room to develop

You will become part of a two-person team, where you have great influence on your own daily life and on the development of Skiftesporet. We work self-driven with flexibility and room to try new ideas.

At the same time we are part of a larger professional community with the six preventive employees, where we meet for professional sparring, supervision and joint development – and of course also for a summer party, Christmas lunch, humor and good laughs. We have an office at Kildegade 23, 2nd floor.

The position is 25 hours per week with the possibility of an additional 7-10 hours per week as an activity worker in an open activity center.

A driving licence and the possibility of making your own car available are requirements for the position. Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and local pay setting.
