Social worker for an integrated single-person project

Do you have experience working with people with intellectual disability together with an autism spectrum disorder? And do you have a pedagogical or health professional education or do you possess learned pedagogical competencies?

Then you might be the right person we are looking for.

This concerns an open position in our single-person project, which is continually developed in close collaboration with Specialtilbuddet Lillelund. Lillelund is part of Holstebro Municipality's Social Department and is organized under the Center for Social Intervention. Lillelund is a specialized 24-hour facility located in beautiful rural surroundings 3 km outside Vemb.

With us, the citizen's voice is heard. Both in the single-person project and at Lillelund, work is based on an overarching recovery- and resource-oriented approach, where the focus is on possibilities rather than limitations. We meet the citizen with trust, recognition and respect. In addition, we work to create a balance between demands and resources in daily life, where the day is planned according to the individual's cognitive profile with an understanding of developmental age in relation to handicap.

We are seeking an employee who, together with the existing team, can work very structurally and at the same time seize the opportunities that arise in meeting another person. In addition, we are looking for an employee who thrives in a daily life characterized by both high work intensity and a period of standstill.

We work in long shifts – up to 14 hours

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, and the rules on New Pay.

This is a 37-hour position with start date 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
