Sofiehaven seeks an educator for a maternity cover from 1 January 2027

Sofiehaven is a well-functioning childcare center with high professionalism, stability and good collaboration throughout the building.

We are looking for a new colleague who can join our team and help retain and initiate the many daily activities and learning processes. We focus on the children's well-being based on the defined learning goals in our pedagogical curriculum. Among the tools we use in our pedagogical work, for example Alle Med and KIDS. We also work with a basis in our supervision report, where the focus is to strengthen the pedagogical work further and our weekly plans are based on this.

The vacant position is in a kindergarten group.

Sofiehaven is a kindergarten with 18 years of history. We have about 100 children distributed across three nursery groups and three kindergarten groups. We are around 26 employees. We work closely across the entire building.

Sofiehaven is located on the outskirts of Holbæk, giving us the benefit of both forests, the fjord and the town!

We think it is important to keep up with developments in pedagogy, and we continuously send staff on education, such as ICDP training, language guidance, diploma programs or others that can contribute to our pedagogical development.
